ORGANIC WHITE RICE

Its complex carbohydrates are absorbed more slowly, providing sustained energy for sports activities. It is an excellent dietary source of BCAAs and glutamine. Even after heat treatment, it contains various trace elements (selenium, manganese, copper, zinc, iron), B vitamins, and minerals (magnesium, potassium).

CAMU CAMU

Hailing from the Peruvian part of the Amazon rainforest, the small reddish-purple berry enriches the array of superfoods. Besides its high content of vitamin C (carefully preserved through gentle heat treatment), it also contains additional antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. Among these, we highlight beta-carotene and potassium.

LIME

Rich in vitamin C, which we aim to preserve through gentle heat treatment, it also contains trace elements, potassium, and magnesium. It supports digestive function and its tangy-sour taste provides a refreshing sensation.

COCONUT WATER

It has high content of potassium, calcium, sodium, and magnesium, along with natural sugars and vitamin C. Therefore, it can be used as a natural isotonic beverage to prevent dehydration.

FREEZE-DRIED MINT

During the lyophilization process, the active compounds of peppermint become concentrated, which is evident not only in its aroma and taste but also in its effects. In addition to its antispasmodic and stomach-strengthening properties, peppermint provides a cooling and refreshing sensation, offering a new boost and supporting concentration.

ORGANIC RICE SYRUP

It provides rapidly available carbohydrates for energy production during exercise. It does not contain fructose and is not FODMAP. It exclusively contains naturally occurring sugars in various forms of glucose: maltose 65-85%, maltotriose 10-15%, dextrose 5-20%, glucose 2-3%.

USAGE:

One sachet contains 20g of carbohydrates, a combination of slow and fast-absorbing carbohydrates. The partially formed resistant starch that develops after cooling and the synergistic effect of natural ingredients provide extended energy release.
