Shopping in our online store
- Select your products or login
- If you are interested in the product enter the quantity and click on the icon add to cart. This way you can keep selecting and adding to cart additional products.
- When you are ready to finalize your purchase click on the cart icon on the top menu. This will open the contents of your cart. Here you can edit the quantities of selected products or remove them from cart.When you are done click "Continue".
- Select the payment and delivery option.
- Enter the delivery info and click "Continue" (if you are logged in and have your account set up this info will be filled up automatically).
- After checking all the information and acceptance of terms and conditions confirm the order by clicking on Order button.
- Upon receiving your order you will receive an email with order confirmation. Follow up emails will also be sent to the same email address.
- Your order will be delivered to you according to confirmed delivery time.
Delivery
Delivery is arranged via Slovak Post or Packeta. For purchases over EUR150 we offer free delivery within Slovakia.
Payments
Payments can be done by bank transfer, cash on delivery (if using Packeta), cash if picked up in person or by card. Online payments are processed for us by the payment gateway Comgate. Service provider, ComGate Payments, a. s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.

Insurance
Your purchase is covered by insurance during transport until delivery. We recommend to check the package immediatelly. If damaged please report immediately to carrier and inform us accordingly.
Exchange
Size does not fit or you prefer another colour? We offer 30 days option to exchange for goods in same value. Shipping cost however is on buyers account.
Returns
Any purchase is covered by returns guarantee and can be returned within 14 days from receipt. The condition is the merchandies is not damaged, in original package and without any signs of use. Email is with a copy of the invoice using contact info in Contact section.
Tracking
Tracking is available if shipping option with tracking is selected.
